Membership in The Woodlawn Golf Club shall be limited to the discretion of the majority of the club members.
Application for membership must be made in writing to the Board of governors. An applicant must be sponsored by two club members. A member may sponsor only one new applicant for membership in any calendar year.
In order for a member to be accepted, a vote of approval by a majority of the members present at the meeting where the application is being reviewed is necessary.
Members shall be required to participate in three tournaments (monthly or one-day tournaments) each season. Members should also be required to submit a minimum of seven attested and signed scorecards each season for a total of ten cards and three tournaments. Failure to abide by this rule shall result in the cancellation of membership at the beginning of the following calendar year.
